Delete my data

Chat AI has no account, so there is nothing to “close”. Your data is tied to a random identifier stored on your phone.

1. Delete everything from the app (instant)

Open Settings → Delete all chats. Every conversation, message and attached image is removed from the server immediately. This cannot be undone.

2. Uninstall

Uninstalling removes the identifier from your phone, so the device can no longer reach its conversations. Any rows left on the server are no longer reachable by anyone.

3. Ask us to erase the rest

If you want the remaining rows erased from the server too, email malikoglu.anar@gmail.com with the identifier shown in Settings → About before you uninstall. Requests are handled within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Conversations, messages and generated images
• Images and documents you uploaded
• The device record and its daily usage counters

Reports you sent about an AI answer are kept without your identifier, because they are needed to review the safety of the model’s output.
